MMMM, let's see been a client 2+ years. ADP representative contacted when Employee Retention Credit was passed. Agreed to have ADP represent me, long story short it was a total disaster and had to spend many hours to get the fees refunded. It was a mess this is one of many issues. They do have a convenient platform to process payroll from.

The photo at the top of their add showing lounging around, This explains why no one ever would return my calls many calls. Oh they tell you they will check and get back to you. Nine people and 3 months nothing.. They don't deserve even 1 star. By the way I had to pay penalties to the Feds because they dropped the ball.

Their platform is really easy to use, the onboarding process was smooth, and one of the cheaper payroll options for us to choose. I highly recommend going with ADP!
