Customer service here is non existent The person on the phone is an absolute tool he makes fun of you for not knowing basic things about your car so if you don't know the engine size he's going to make fun of you for not knowing that if he's going to ask you things about your car what's going on with it and then when you try to explain it to him he's basic going to make fun of you for that too I mean there's a million other shops you can go to in the Bay Area You don't have to come over here and get belittled trying to get your car fixed and it's also a way to expensive so just go somewhere else.
Also the owner is now trying to say I am writing about the wrong company instead of taking responsibility.
