Ive been 3 times and it went from OK to not First off Im so-so about the reservation system. My first time I randomly decided to try them and they had a time that worked with me for that day. The next few tries were several days of logging in first thing in the morning and trying to get a time that worked for me you can only make an online reservation the day of so that is annoying. Also all 2/3 times my online reservation didnt show up on their in store system so they just treated me like a walk in thankfully they werent busy and by the time I was checking out their system updated and I was on the board
Now the haircut I went with the VIP with shampoo, hot towel, and shoulder massage. 1st time towel and shampoo was cold shoulder massage is just a massager for a few minutes so blah. Haircut was fine.
2nd time warmer almost hot towel and shampoo better massage she made an effort and the haircut was good!
3rd time warm towel and shampoo OK massage haircut terrible! It looked fine right after the haircut but after taking a shower that night I could see I had a line on the left side of my head The next morning in the daylight it was very obvious.
At this point I probably could have gone back and got at least the haircut fixed after it grew out a bit but I just decided to move on. I found another place that is cheaper and fixed up my hair to perfection.
In fairness they were always nice and appeared professional and to be doing their best maybe I just got unlucky.
