Overall, my experience at the Aloft san jose Cupertino Hotel surpassed all expectations. From the opulent accommodations to the impeccable service, every aspect of my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city.

This hotel is great but security deposit is to high. Decent location. I saw roaches in parking lot. I will not return.
Noteworthy details: Roaches in parking lot, not good.

Stayed for a week on a business trip. The hotel was nice. My room was comfy. The staff was friendly. Breakfast options were limited but the items I ordered were very good! I was greeted by Maria every AM at the hotel's bar where you could order breakfast. Such a sweet person who cared about making a positive impact on a customer's stay. Then there was Derrick (sp?), the bartender: cool cat! Lighting up the outside fire pit for us to chill by at the end of a work day was awesome! He was so attentive & just all-around a nice guy! Overall, it was a good stay & I'd come back.
