The estimator understood exactly what I wanted and the guys did a great job on following through. They were careful not to damage any other existing plants or items and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Making my payment on their website was also quick and easy.

Well, I've got the estimate via email. But wen I confirmed the services I wanted - I never got response. I contacted Austin Richards over the phone to tell him I've sent the confirmation and still he didn't respond to my email, which I've sent twice. Sorry but I'm going to use services of different company.

To continue - After the original one star review I was contacted by the company branch manager. He apologized and sent me a better estimate for the requested work. Unfortunately I already accepted different offer. Anyway, they monitor the reviews and they stand behind their business. So I'm revising my rating to 4 stars.
