My wife took my laptop for a simple task of virus removal. We got a call from Daniel saying that my laptop was not turning on and the motherboard was gone. We asked how, if the computer was working, turning on and off, perfectly usable and Daniel strongly stated that the computer is unusable. After arriving to the store and taking the laptop back, we were talking to the store manager about it, and he returned the laptop back. I decided to turn on the laptop and check, and the computer was turning on normally. That's a joke, they made me waste my time and had to deal with this ridiculous situation.

Terrible exchange policy. Bought ream of office max/depot brand paper and got wrong type. Came back and would not let me exchange because store is closing. Store manager quoted policy. Very robot like. Very sad.

Terrible web site for ordering products. It doesn't allow a PO Box for the billing address which tons of people and companies use. This means credit cards can't be processed. I guess they don't want to make sales. They really need to fix this to catch up with all other online services and step into this century.
