I would like to preface by saying that I have had two positive experiences ordering flowers with La Floriya. The flowers were of the highest quality and delivered at a reasonable time of day (around 1-2 PM both times). Sadly, my most recent experience with La Floriya has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I pre-ordered flowers several days ahead of my mothers birthday. On the delivery day, despite waiting all morning and afternoon at home, nothing arrived. There was no communication from the florist and I was unable to get an hold of them via phone or email near their closing time of 5 PM. Despite requesting to cancel the order via email as the flowers had not arrived in time for my mothers dinner celebration at 6 PM, they had the nerve to deliver them at 9:30 PM. As of writing this review, they still have not responded to any of my emails. The utter lack of communication and punctuality throughout this ordeal, which is not reflective of the $100 price point I paid, has deterred me from ever ordering from this business again.

This place is the best place I have ever seen and she is very friendly and knows how to do bouquets for sure!!! I recommended to my friends. My wife loved her bouquet and basket flowers ! Thank you Azer!

My first time here, I was looking for something special. An arrangement that I could give as an offering at a special retreat I was attending. As I vacillated between this arrangement and that, trying to make up my mind, Alex patiently listened to me and helpfully guided me through the available options. Eventually we hit upon just the right arrangement. This marks my third visit to the area, and the third time I've been to La Floriya for my floral needs. Alex has been consistently helpful and attentive every time, even when he has clearly been busy. This is a rare quality these days, when frequently the customer is treated as an imposition or inconvenience. Not so at La Floriya! Thank you Alex and all the La Floriya staff!
