I went to see the apartment and ask about the lease but the manager was too mean and is not educated well if they have good management they will educate first and train her before she talks with customers. And it’s worth mentioning this is the first time that I saw a person with this kind of bad behavior.

Loved that place! Had a studio in the rear with my carport directly below. Had great neighbors (Lonnie) but...that was back in the 70’s. The pool was the centerpiece. Close to Hwy 880 and some small shops, gas, 7-Eleven, and not far from the University of Santa Clara. It was back in happier times as I call it! I drove by Townhouse Apts recently and looks the same. I’ll bet the studio rates have changed from the $175 a month I paid! Of course my income was a lot less too.

I have lived here 3 years and it was awesome from the first day when I meet the management. I knew this is a good place to live because management is very responsible in checking application at the very beginning. Chris is sweet and caring, took care all my request (I changed floor from carpet, also requested color change for wall and closet) in timely manner throughout the time that I lived here. The management is professional and responsive all the time. The community is very nice with lots of family. It is quiet and private even though it is close to highway. The environment is managed by professional on regular basis. I have to leave because we need bigger space for family but I would absolutely stay otherwise.

I lived that almost two years, very convenient location, easy to get on 880, and couple blocks form Santa Clara University. The manager Chris is a very pleasant lady, very helpful.
I rented a studio, very quiet, and the living area fairly good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is: the facility is slightly old. Anyway, a nice place to live.

We lived here for almost four and a half years and only chose to move because we plan on getting a bigger space for our growing family.
It has been a very happy four year, management has always been responsive when we had an issue or question with the space.
The townhouse itself felt very homey and comfortable with very welcoming neighbours.
There's enough storage space, as well.
We were very happy here and would recommend Townhouse apartments to anyone.
