      image Worst telephone answering services company. We ended up losing a client because a caregiver called in and their agents are not able to follow a simple call flow and they tried the patch to sales when sales are off on weekends. We tried calling and emailing them several times but they are super unresponsive. They are so bad that they don't even have someone to pick up the their phone when you call them.
