Applied for a home the day we viewed it and spoke to a property manager Lacey who said we should be confident in our application for this property due to our credit score and how no one else had applied. Waited days to hear back, left messages, called, emailed, and FINALLY, after being emailed she would contact me days before, told the owner went through with another application. We are trying to move and its quite frustrating to have wasted $150. Absolutely ridiculous, do not recommend at all.

Did not properly care for my property; took no responsibility for this, nor acknowledge it. Communication was minimal to absent! Strongly encourage you to locate a different property management company. I was their client for over 10 years; they steadily declined.
