      image The hotel room was very clean, and the hotel was well taken care of. Nice that they have a bar in lobby. The only downfall is the parking. You must use valet service.

      image The rooms were clean and free breakfast was yummy. Great location.. right across from Riverstreet.. you are about the middle of Riverstreet location. Front desk was friendly easy checkin.

      image If you are tax-exempt, do not book the "Non-Refundable" room rate. Any reasonable person would assume this means no refund for changes made to your stay like cancelling the room or showing up a day late. However, this also includes your tax payment. It isn't mentioned at booking and I was told it is in the terms of service....
      I am told by staff the facilities are nice and rooms were clean. However, we wont be utilizing Hampton Inn again.
