Tech didnt show during time window so I called the office for an update and they wouldnt give me an answer and started answering and hanging up on me, then I called same number and a 24/7 locksmith answered.Dont know what type of operation they are running but were very unprofessional to say the least and would not recommend them to anyone

I must say, I was past the point of pleased with the service provided! I have plumbing ins and was "supposedly" scheduled with Hers and His but was informed it would be a week before they can come out for a clogged drain! It had already been, three days with no water in my kitchen! I refused, and the next plumber, 'Blitch Plumbing" showed up in 24 hrs and took care of businesses! That's what I call customer service!!! Ins or not, call this father and son team. They are great, overall! Service: Drain cleaning
