Hi Lana, You were actually speaking with me, James Grusheski, regarding your insurance needs. I understand your frustration with how our insurance process works. It is a frustrating time for all of us. There have been tremendous losses in the insurance industry over the last few years which has caused all insurance companies to increase rates (which you experienced with your company) and tighten underwriting guidelines to help with profitability issues. In your case, the accident you had prevented you from qualifying for an auto policy with us. I wish this were different. We make our living by signing new clients to our agency and renewals. So, our goal is to write everyone we quote. As for your experience in dealing with me. I am sorry that it did not go as well as you had expected. I have owned my agency for 24 years this August 1st and have worked hard to make sure I and my team treat everyone professionally and with respect. I feel this is the number one reason I have been in business for this long. I am sorry you felt like I did not give you the service you deserved. While we do get negative reviews from time to time, I do welcome them as an opportunity to learn on ways to improve our customer experience.
