I was expecting a nice place based on the reviews, but this is barely a step above a motel.
It's an old, dilapidated building, the hallways and the room had a gross smell. Beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The sheets were wrinkly, so I had my doubts they were changed from the previous guest.
The shower stall is made of cheap plastic and there's nowhere to set stuff down. No cups provided in the room. Breakfast was average.
I was kept up at night by the exit doors slamming, as it shakes the whole hallway and the old thin door to the room, and the radio on the alarm clock made noise randomly. Disappointing experience.
Pros: The lobby looks and smells good, the workers were professional, and not many sketchy/transient guests (it's out of their budget)

Awesome as usual. Staff at check in and out were both very pleasant. Bed was great and also the water pressure, which can sometimes be lacking. However not here. I stay here every year when I come in for work. This location is great.
