Nail seats WAAAAYYYYY too close together. I got a maincure and was supposed to get a pedicure but left after the manicure because there was no water or soaking used for the cuticle, under my nails were not cleaned, still have overhanging nail cuticle snags that need to be clipped. Then when I paid I was asked how was everything. I told them and they just said sorry do you want to leave a tip. I said no i dont even think i should have to pay for this bc now i have to go somewhere else and get my nails redone after I wasted 45 MINUTES on a simple manicure. I was not offered a discount or anything. I have been to alot of nail salons all over the US and I can definitely say this one is on the bottom of my list and wouldnt recommended anyone going there.
