We reached out to inquire about a rodent situation at our home. They could have easily taken our money and ran (like most companies) but they were honest that our situation most likely didn't need the full service they offer. They offered advice and guidance. This job was started in June 2021 it is now April 2022 I am still dealing with problems Run as fast as you can this company and the people are very unprofessional heres pictures of mess they left as finished I have hired a drywall a plumber and the guy that put in my counter tops to clean up chalking job this what they left as a quality fished job Service: Remodeling

Twin Home experts remodeled our master bathroom. They are not a company to just slap stuff together. They carefully deconstructed and over performed in remodeling. They walked us through each phase, ensuring we understood our choices, and provided us great recommendations. Their team is extremely respectful to us, truly defining customer service. I had both my showers remodeled a few years ago. They did the one shower first came out beautifully so had great expectations when they started my second. After the demo of the second shower One of the two workers had to go back to California for a family emergency, no problem, but the one guy left spoke no English, again no problem, he had just finished the first one so I assumed he know what was going on with the second. He started the retile, after the second day I noticed it looked off from the first, the tiles werent staggered, cuts were off which left almost a 2 inch gap from floor to the tile. Using my limited Spanish I asked how he was gonna fix that with him pointing to the grout. Im no expert but visually it didnt make sense so I called the project manager, chad I think his name was, explained the situation which he came by and even he wasnt impressed with the project so far which he made him tear out and Start over. Project took a month to complete instead of the two weeks. But it doesnt stop there
After a few weeks I notice the trim on the lip of the base was starting to pull away from the tile so I called the manager and he came
And fixed it, I dont recall how much later I called him again to fix the situation yet again which he did and assured it would be ok moving forward. The same problem started again and Ive called 3 more times to try to connect with someone with no response back. Service: Shower installation
