Living at The Regents has been a truly awesome experience. The apartment itself has a beautiful view of the McDowell Mountains from the patio and upon move in was recently renovated with brand new appliances. The grounds are always kept extremely clean and the location is perfect in the heart of North Scottsdale. You have easy access to any store you can think of within a few miles, many within walking distance.
One of the best parts, unequivocally, has been the extraordinary team at the leasing office. On the handful of occasions I had a request, Abby and the leasing office always went above and beyond. Whether it was addressing maintenance requests with lightning speed or organizing community events, they've consistently demonstrated a remarkable blend of professionalism and genuine care.
What truly sets it apart is the sense of community. Over the past decade, I've personally lived in a few other apartment complexes in the area and its rare to find a place like The Regents where neighbors turn into friends, and the staff feels like family. I would absolutely recommend living here if you're looking for an apartment in this area.
