Google say open till 2pm
Panned my whole day around that they close at 2pm now finally my place to stop was here and it is only 12:30pm and they are Closed? No sign on the door or anything saying maybe they went to lunch

Placed an order on Thursday the 11th for delivery to a local church for a funeral on the 16th. Utilized the messages/information box to leave the date and time of the service as well as the name of the decedent. No staff from La Paloma reached out to ask any questions on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Instead, I received a phone call on Tuesday the 16th - hours after the funeral was completely over - that they had "just" tried to deliver our arrangement to the church. The employee that called me said they didn't have any information on the time of the service. When I explained that I had put all of that info into the messages/information section of the order, she simply said "oh that didn't transfer over." She has said they will provide a full refund, but what I really wanted was a floral arrangement delivered to the funeral of my dear friend's father that I could not attend as I was out of state. I'm frustrated that since Thursday night the time of the service "didn't transfer over" but nobody thought to call/email me *or the church* and ask.

I ordered some flowers for my friends in Scottsdale AZ from Spain!! The process was quick and easy thanks to Lucy's help! I am very happy to choose 'La Paloma Blanca' to surprise my friends!!
