I absolutely love living at Canvas! Scott, Ivvonne & Austin are amazing. Literally brightens my day when I see them! Oh I canâ€™t forget get about Thomas and Alex!
Overall, I would rate Canvas a 10/10 because its so close to everything, safe environment and quiet.

Great location, awesome leasing and maintenance team, and overall nice apartments! You're minutes from everything - shopping, dining, Interbay Golf Center, Ballard, Queen Anne and more. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood and have enjoyed getting to know people who live at the community. The rooftop deck is beautiful and has sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Apartments are spacious, have ample storage space and are great for entertaining, relaxing and working from home. The leasing and maintenance team is outstanding - very helpful and very friendly!

I lived here for a good 3 years and it was great experience throughout. Very silent and friendly community (Mostly young professionals) and occasional maintenance issues were promptly resolved. Shout out to resident manager Scott for his super friendly and caring attitude. Would definitely recommend canvas to my friends!
