Residents make it bad with loud tv and music and loud engines and loud car music. I would not live near the gate entrance. People have no respect for others and unfortunately management does nothing about this. Daneesha is sweet but Eboni can get an attitude. Stricter management of residents would be best.

I enjoyed my time living here however one of my biggest complaints was the air conditioner or lack of. In the summer its miserable and even after having window units youre lucky to get it down to 75. They also went up on pet rent but didnt offer some of the pet amenities other places in the area have such as dog park, wash station etc. There usually wasnt any grass alive for pet

Moving out of state can be tough however, I expressed my concerns and communicated what I was looking for and Ms. Ebonee was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was patient and very understanding and she got me approved quickly. I can't wait to get settled into my new home!

Over all decent place to live. Spacious, clean.
However , and this a very very big however.
AC is broken multiple times. Informed management multiple times. Fixed multiple times, yet broken again multiple times. For the New York City prices you pay for this place, this is absolutely unacceptable.
This isnt a unique issue to my apartments. Multiple residents have the same issue. Upon this review management will post a number to call, to act like they are paying attention to this issue. But that will be just for marketing purposes .
If you wanna survive Louisiana heat and come out alive, Id go for a play with a functioning AC.
One positive is Tony the maintenance man, is very attentive and tries his best.
