Unbelievably terrible experience. The pick up location has zero signs so good luck finding it. There were homeless people sleeping in the breezeway in front of the door when we did find it. The equipment wasn't ready when we got there even though we called ahead of time. The equipment was very beat up and barely worked. When it came time to return it, there was no one in the shop to receive it. When we called them, they stated that they couldn't get there for over an hour. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed buisness. If you have another rental place to choose from, you're better off literally choosing anyone else! I would have given it zero stars if that was an option...

I called A.A. rental late Friday night for a Monday morning morning event. I received a reply Friday night and their team worked with me tirelessly on Saturday to deliver and setup for my event which went on to go flawlessly on Monday, making me look like a true hero. I will definitely call them again if ever in need of quality reliable AV services!

I am putting together a remembrance event for my late husband. AA Rental had various staff confused on what was possible, and were incredibly rude, and made me feel l like I was putting them out in trying to identify the right equipment. Now I'm left in the lurch and scrambling.  Never again. If you want a business that can treat you with respect and care, don't go to AA Rental. This is one of my first Yelp reviews, which I don't normally do, but am so pissed right now, during an incredibly tragic time for my family.

I rented a simple sound system for a neighborhood event: microphone and two speakers, all with stands.  The price was reasonable, and the service was great.  I got a full explanation of how to work the equipment, demonstrated so a novice like me could understand it, but without making me feel stupid.  And the staff were kind enough to do the demonstration outside in the parking lot on a very hot day so that we could maintain social distance.  Very polite and considerate people and exactly the equipment I needed.
