Had a fabulous experience with my most recent rental with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Sioux Falls, SD Airport location. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and makes the entire process easy and stress free. A very special shout out and thank you to Brandon W. for assisting me with both my pick up and return! Your location definitely has it going on!

I picked up an Enterprise car at the Sioux Falls Airport on 3/7 and returned it 4 days later. The service was excellent -- the service rep was "Patty" and I asked her on how to find the route I needed. She provided a map, then walked out to my car to clarify the directions and make sure I was familiar with the car. The car was clean and fully-fueled. Patty was efficient, friendly and supportive when she found out I was attending a family member's funeral. When I returned the car, she recognized me and knew my name immediately asked about my trip. I appreciated her kindness and excellent customer rapport. I will remember that experience and rent a car there again when I travel to South Dakota.
