I turned on my irrigation system for the year to find out that one of the brass fittings was split. I called on a Saturday expecting to leave a voicemail and get a call back Monday. They actually answered and explained the situation. They were finishing up for the day and took their time to come out and help when they didn't have to. They even took the time to run me through the system and check all of my heads as this is my first irrigation system. Highly recommend and appreciate their help. Will be going through them going forward on all my irrigation needs. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

We called to let them know they came to our house without us requesting the service (we only left a voicemail requesting a quote). We actually scheduled with a different company to whom we paid. The lady on the phone was extremely irritated and unprofessional. She yelled at us and hang up the phone. She did not accept her responsibility, she said I do not schedule if the service has not been confirmed but he customer (which again, we never did). She didnt even bother to check her voicemail because in her mind she was not capable of making a mistake. It was as simple as checking the message we left for them. I do not recommend it purely because of customer service. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
