      image I'm only giving 2 stars for one very big reason. On this man's desk he had a note pad with people's full names and social security numbers in full view of my husband and I. He walked away several times and had we been that type of person we could have easily copied the info or taken that pad. I am now distrustful of how my personal information is being handled. Also, the appointment was for one hour and it took over 2. At about the 1 hour and 15 minute point I expressed to him I had to be getting to work. I mentioned this a couple more times but he still kept us there for over 45 more minutes
