Made reservations for a vehicle for a funeral out of town. Got confirmation email. Half hour before I was to pick up the car ,they call and say their sold out! Asked to speak to the boss and was told she was busy. So I said I was going to call corporate and got hung up on. Call corporate, was told the boss the boss Brittney would call me back! Its been 4 days haven't heard back. Corporate tried to help told me I could get the same car from Enterprise airport for double the price. I declined. I had to find another car last minute. Cost me $100 more. They've lost my business. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism. No customer service skills at all! Read the reviews before renting from them!
