If I could give zero stars I would! I have been with them for over 5 years and after the first year my system screen would not work then they told me i had to buy a new one which I did. Now 3 years later the same thing happened and they won't replace it after spending thousands of dollars with them. They want to charge me to just come out and won't refund any money paid while the system didn't work. No customer service options given when trying to work with them. Also several times my system would be triggered for no reason and no calls given to me to find out what was going on. All I would've liked was a little cooperation due to the faulty system installed and nothing was offered. Then when cancelling the service a refund due to no system working but they couldn't even give me that! Absolutely horrible!

I have been trying for more than a month to get these guys to send me a part necessary for the 5G upgrade. Our alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night because it’s losing coverage. I’m traveling and my wife just called to tell me it started going off every 5 minutes in the middle of the night and finally she got someone to explain how to disable it and disconnect the battery. All because their follow through is terrible.

We bought a new house in Spokane and were interested to trial the Allied Fire & Security service. They would only provide service with a long term contract with $40-50 per month for what seemed to be minimal equipment and service. The support specialist was unable to offer any flexibility. There seem to be some red flags with the focus on locking you into expensive long term contracts for a system you haven't seen or used. We currently pay a lot less and have much more equipment on our system and plan to look elsewhere for more reasonably priced service and more flexibility.

Contracts only go 1 way with them. We have 2 systems at 2 locations, and both false alarm constantly since day 1. They won't fix anything properly, so I just get the fun calls at 3am of the alarms going off and countless bills from the police department for false alarms that we missed. Now they won't fix it at all (per -Sarah Grill because it's out of warranty. Not that they actually fixed it while it was still in warranty), so I just have to pay the "service fee" but without any service to go with it (quote "the system just charges you and they can't do anything about it"). So now we have to get new alarm systems and still pay for these ones that don't work? Thanks guys, really professional. But don't worry, they are very sorry.
Now everyone knows our alarms don't work! But the crooks already knew that since we got burglarized downtown a couple weeks ago since they can see the panel from the door and it has a light on it letting them know.

If you like snarky "customer service" this place is for you. I have a few of their systems, and I get at least 1 false alarm a week. These systems are new, and have been problematic since day 1. They will always find a reason to bill you a service call. Don't fall victim for glass break sensors. They DON'T WORK! They promised they wouldn't false alarm, but the do all the time and will charge you service calls to come out and tell you there is nothing wrong with it. Then you get bills from the city from the false alarm if you miss the call.
