      image The staff could not be more helpful as we were there for the death of my son. Anisa, Brittany, Marta Hannah, and Tiffany went above and beyond excellent, excellent workers.
      Food & drinks: Breakfast and everything included was Top Notch!

      Food is horrible, you can tell its powdered eggs, they tasted gross.
      Beds hurt, I barely slept, the beds are hard.
      Fitness center opened at 6am instead of being 24hour, Ive never been to a hotel that didnt have 24hour fitness center.

      Thank you for your response. I am truly sorry that your stay with us was not up to your satisfaction. We strive to make each guests stay with us a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Marriott has switched to the new cage-free eggs and we are getting very positive responses about them. Unfortunately, as with all food products, what one person finds delicious, another does not. We do offer hard boiled eggs as another option should you return. We finished our renovation last year and put all new mattresses in all guestrooms. I do understand your frustration about the bed as it probably is not as comfortable as your bed at home. As for the fitness center, there are guestrooms on the side and above and we do not want to disturb someone who is sleeping as each guests comfort is important to us. The set hours are very reasonable as the room is open from 6AM to 11PM. Once again, I do apologize that your stay was not what we want for a guest, but do hope you will remain a loyal Marriott customer.
