I've been using Enterprise Exclusively for a few years now and the couple times ive run into problems they have went above and beyond to make things right, especially the staff here in downtown Spokane. Thank you.

Driver was over an hour and half late picking me up from the body shop. I returned my rental they checked it! I pulled it they could see the rear-end if the car and they call me a day later! Telling me there significant damage to the rear bumper, saying it was dirty and because I live on a farm I must have hit something. But it wasn't noticeable when they checked it in but was noticeable the day after their employee drove it and after they washed it never again will I use this establishment for anything.
