This place is RIDICULOUS. I started going there because I couldn't find a new dentist taking new patients after my former dentist retired. I never ONCE saw an actual dentist. Not. One. Time! When you make an appt for a cleaning, the ONLY thing they do is clean your teeth with a sonicare brush then floss, then you're done. No xrays, no exam from the dentist, no no!! You need to make seperate appointments for that. Absolutely RIDICULOUS, UNNECESSARY & the ONLY purpose is so they can charge you for extra office visits. I'm 60 years old & have NEVER encountered this type of practice. I live near West Hartford so it's not a quick or easy car ride up to Springfield so to make patients schedule like this is just dumb AF. So if we do 2 cleanings a year, I'd have to actually make 4 seperate drives up to spfld. 2 for the actual cleaning, & 2 for xrays & have the dentist look at your teeth for 5 min. Then if I need any actual care done (filling, crown, etc) that's MORE trips up. Like, how many times you want me to make that drive in a year? Insane!!!! I don't understand how or why a dentist would even operate like this except so they can charge more. I use a sonicare brush at home so my teeth didn't feel any cleaner after going to the dentist. Just felt like I was paying someone to do what I could do at home. No thanks. Plus the hygienist was so rude & talked to me like I was a 5 year old. I have good teeth with few issues. Still have all my natural teeth at 60 years old. So why this hygienist talked to me & scolded me like a child, I have no idea. But I didn't appreciate it!!! Then they push their high priced mouth wash on you. They claimed it was "all natural" but when I read the ingredients, I saw sodium hydroxide!!! WTAF. I'm retired now but spent my life as a chemistry professor. Sodium hydroxide is the same active ingredient you find in DRANO & some chemical hair straighteners. So why are we using it in mouth wash? Insane!!! So I said, no way no how & their receptionist still tried to Gaslight me into buying it. Saying it's perfectly safe to use in your mouth & that I should at least buy a bottle & try it before I decide it's not for me. SERIOUSLY??? No means NO! regardless of what that No refers to.
I'll also add, the parking garage you have to park in is sketchy AF. I never felt safe & was worried about my car the entire time I was in their office.
Do better! Stop making patients make unnecessary trips into the office. No wonder you advertise so heavily. You probably have to keep replacing patients when previous patients decide this place is a scam.

Most people dread going to the dentist. If you are one of those folks, I encourage you to try this practice. I've never felt so pampered, informed, and cared for! Who says that they like getting their teeth cleaned? I can honestly tell you that this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. I won't be going anywhere else!

I was happy with this office, till I was told they no longer took my insurance but no reason why. I paid for work that was never finished because of their new policy and it would have been nice if I was told that when I originally made my first appointment, they knew at that point they would cancel. Sad to run their office like that.

As someone with horrible anxiety I was terrified of the dentist. I see Angie every 3 months and shes been life changing. She doesnt nag or berate you about your brushing habits and instead gave tips and pointers understanding it was a challenge with my mental health complications. Shes wonderful and the reason I keep coming back! Highly recommend if you have anxiety
