Ive been a couple of times. Ok job on nails and toes. But this last time I had them remove the dip polish and man did the guy really mess up my nails. He used the dremel the whole time to remove the polish and my nails are so thin from the grinding that my fingers tips hurt. Ive never had anyone leave my nails in such bad shape after removing dip. Service: Polish removal

I love Mo Nails and everyone who works there. My Sister and My Mom and I have been going there for several years. Sandy and John are absolutely wonderful! They are very professional and always make us feel welcome. Rose does my toes and she spoils me! I am kind of picky sometimes and she always does an excellent job. I have one funny toe that troubles me and she makes all ten of my toes look beautiful! I always have her put a flower on each of my big toes and I love it!!!! She also is very skilled at the leg massage. We get the tropical pedicure every 6 weeks and we love, love, love it! Kevin does my 85 year old Mom's toes and he is careful and very professional with her. She loves having him as her nail tech. Sandy is so joyful that she brightens our day every time we see her. She is also excellent at everything she does. She does my sister's toes and makes them look beautiful! John makes sure everyone is happy and taken care of. He is very professional and also very kind! You can rely on him to do a great job on your manicure or pedicure. We also get spoiled sitting in the wonderful massage chairs!!! We love going to MO Nails and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

They charged $350 on my cousins card today - short story:
This establishment had great service. The two individuals who did our toes did a fantastic job.
Unfortunately, upon checking out they ran my cousins card five times accused her of not having money in her bank account and withdrew over $350 from her bank.
They stated it was due to the chip reader having issues. However, when I stepped up and asked them to run my card once to see if I could pay for her service the man running the cards ran my card three times. A I stated to run it once!. He would not let us speak at all. I had to stop him speaking an listen. A lady employee came and assured him as well. I had to grab the card from his hands. Luckily it did not withdraw money than the amount needed. An I complained and had to ask him to stop speaking and let me speak.
We will see if the money is back on her card by Monday.If not we will see what measures have to be taken.
The service was great, but the exiting route and over extended charges was a huge disappointment and extremely frustrating situation.
Maybe it is the chip maybe not, but he should not have kept sliding the card when she stated it drew the money out.
If we go back well be bringing cash. I dont know how to feel about this situation other than turned off from possibly coming back.

I love Rose and Sandy, my pedicure was amazing. However, my daughter had a pedi given to her by a young man, Kevin. He was very inappropriate, ran his hands so high up her thigh that she sat her purse in her lap so he couldnt go higher. He told her he will massage her her so good she will fall in love with him, asked twice if she has a boyfriend, asked if she knows where her G spot is, then said Sandy and most women know nothing about G spots. I tried to call and speak with the owner before posting this, but they just kept yelling "What you need?", and then hung up. My granddaughter, myself, my mother, my daughter and my sister will absolutely never give our business to this salon again unless Kevin is dismissed. He was speaking this way to another client also, my daughter witnessed it, said the lady looked upset and uncomfortable, but just had her pedi done and left quietly. I would hate to see a great salon lose more and more business because they are allowing their clients to be harassed. We go there to relax and be pampered. Unacceptable. Really wish they had taken my phone call, I did not want to leave a negative review without giving the owner a chance to address this issue.
So, my mom and I went back today, asked for the ladies. They really are wonderful!! So sweet, and do a wonderful job. I give them 5 stars, and we will happily continue to go back. The older gentleman is super nice as well
