I contacted Smithco about a month ago. Had several conversations regarding repairs and siding. I was ready, had financing and was picking out the color of the siding...and BAM! I received this Email
Hello, I am sorry to tell you that I have had some things come up, and I can no longer do the siding on your home.
No explanation, just...things came up. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed to have to start over with another siding company. I do hope that in the future if you have gotten this far with a customer..you don't kick them to the curb.

If you are not the company owner of a vehicle with the license plate number of TJ2 G0N, please disregard and I'll remove the statement but respond.
As of today, at just before 12pm, a real piece of work employee driving the vehicle I identified for you by plate almost slammed into me and my boyfriend multiple times with said company car. He drove very reckless down Kansas Expressway and almost harmed 2 other drivers while turning into a small road on Kansas Expressway to get away from us as we followed to get the plate number. I went to call the non emergency services to report him but they were closed, as its a Saturday. I'm making a formal complaint on said employee and will report the driving on Monday when offices open. He was wearing a ball cap with a blue bill and a white shirt. Slimmer. Dark hair and a tiny mustache. If corrective action isn't taken by company, I will pursue.
