image I just have to say that Cameron is a stellar employee. He helped me out so much when I got my new phone, and today when I went in with my mother-in-law for her phone issues, he was just as pleasant and helpful. The customer service he shows to his customers is A+. Thanks again Cameron for the great service and wonderful experience.

I bout a new cell when I switched from METROPCS to TMobile
When I went over the new info with the rep I was truly happy with the terms. until I received my first bill. the plan I spoke with wasn't what I was seeing on the bill.
In comes XFINITY over the phone one evening. the plan and phone I was getting was fantastic.
My monthly plan would be $15.00 a month cheaper plus the monthly premium I have with internet would be free with the extra credit
The manager told me to hold on he had some presents for me and he went to the accessories wall then back telling me that he was glad I was happy and then set out to put the screen protector and the OtterBox cell protector on and bagged the box that came with my cell.
I received an email asking for my opinion on the customer service I had. The name of the person was someone I didn't know so I answered the survey with negative responses as the woman didn't help me. I also told the rep about the manager adding on the screen protector and Otter box they told me I had to contact the manager directly
which I did but over the phone.
the Manager was aggressive towards me repeating that he did handle the process correctly and I again I told him it & wasn him the survey was asking about. I stopped the phone call because he became agitated towards me.
I picked up the reciept for what I paid off my cell for.
There was a charge of $40.50 and nothing more that some letters and letters , nothing that describes what it was for.
I'm hoping it's not a restocking fee because I paid my cell off and took my phone home with me.
The manager is livid with me over his wrong doings. I will pay this bill off when the credit my account.
