I am someone who appreciates good customer service and this T Mobile location is great. I was in a few weeks ago to get a phone and plan. I know nothing about these matters and had a ton of questions. They walked me through the whole process and were extremely helpful and patient with me as well.

I went in on 03/21/2021 to see what my upgrade options were and left with the best deals and promotions. The expert that I worked with was amazing, his name is Kane. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my entire existence thanks to Kane. He knows his stuff and does his job very well. His delivery and explanations of the company’s services and promotions was spot on and it helped me understand the products that I could get. Thanks to Kane I have found the perfect phones and phone plan for my family and I. Thank you Kane and T-Mobile for making this experience simple and memorable.
