I wanted a dozen white roses. They suggested white with pink on the edges. That sounded perfect. This was a late Saturday afternoon request for delivery. But they said they could get them to her by the end of the day. And they did. My daughter loved them, said that they are gorgeous. I appreciate their professional advice! And my request so late in the day could still be fulfilled. I have saved their info for the next occasion to send her flowers. Signed, -Customer For Life

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I wanted to surprise her with flowers at work but I wasn’t sure if she was going to leave work early that day so I decided to order them to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. On my delivery day they called me and asked me if I really wanted delivered today or could it be tomorrow instead. Also she told me that the Lily’s that come in the delivery will most likely not be opened up and will not look like the ones pictured in the website. I told her that it was okay to be delivered on Valentine’s Day as long as it was before 11am (that’s when my wife was leaving work apparently). She told me that she would try to get it there by then but that was their busiest day of the year and she couldn’t guarantee.
They did get the delivery there by 11am so that part was good. But as she stated the Lily’s were not opened up and they filled in a lot of the bouquet with carnations which my wife doesn’t like. A week later the Lily’s never opened up and they are losing their leaves like crazy. :(
Also, since my Valentine’s Day note originally said Happy Valentine’s Day-a day early then I asked her to change the wording to reflect the actual V-day. She said yes. When I saw the card though it was hand written and missing half of my lovely heartfelt message.
Won’t shop here again.

For $132.38 I ordered 12 roses and a balloon to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. They dropped off the roses at her work, but no balloon which I had paid for. I contacted Grassi's Flowers via email to correct the issue since I wasn't in town. No response from them. I will not be using Grassi's Flowers again due to poor customer service, no quality control, and being overpriced.
