      image GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHAPMAN!!! I needed a new battery replacement on my car went to the location on W. Tennessee street and the workers there completely tried to get over on me telling me my car needed more work than what I thought. I took my car to the Pepboys on Apalachee Pkway and Mr.Chapmen got me together with NO HESITATION!!! THANK YOU!! I WILL BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE!!!!

      image Worst tire shop Ive ever been payed for tires to be put on asked them before they started are you going to change my valve stems they said yes got home they wernt done went back they told me they couldnt do it that day went back again told me a 3 hour wait on a 330 appointment I had Ill never go to a pep boys ever again
