      image I was told I would be getting my new iPhone for half price. I have been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment or have been late. Signed the tablet they gave me, didnt have time to read everything and when I got home realized they charged me full price. I trusted the sales rep, and it was a complete bait and switch. Called to talk to manager and he promised to call back next day and nevet called

      image Do not read into a single one of these negative reviews. I used to have Verizon, they deserve negative reviews. This T-Mobile store in particular was absolutely off the chain. The whole staff was friendly and cutting up. Listening to Michael Jackson. I had a blast waiting for my s24 ultra to transfer from the Note 20 ultra 5G. They had me cracking up in there. If y'all reading this, this is Zach (vin diesel). Keep it up. If I got any issues I'm coming back here ASAP. Y'all take it easy

      image Sent me to a third party repair service, gave me a quote to replace the screen. Watched a YouTube video out of curiosity and three buttons fixed the screen immediately with no repair. Crooks.
