Must READ this Review.
I called and left a message and received a t3ext message within about 15 minutes. This is where everything that they did became "amazing" in a very good way.
Josh texted me that they were fully booked and couldn't help us, BUT he gave me a suggestion of who else to call AND offered that if I had trouble connecting with that referral to reach back out to him. Well, after about 75 minutes, I hadn't heard back from Josh's referral so I texted him back to "take him up on his offer". He immediately texted back with "give me a minute"...2 minutes later he texted me again and said he talked to another reputable plumber and found out he had time to help us out.
Who does that? Well, Josh at Ace Plumbing does.
OK, so I've never used Ace Plumbing, but the next time I have anything needing a plumber, Ace is my first call.

I had Jason and Joey here this afternoon to fix a problem I was having with my kitchen faucet. They put in a new one with a new hose in less than 20 minutes. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up every bit of their mess before they left. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Could not fix my particular problem, but did not charge me!! And recommmend someone else who responded very fast and fixed all problems.
