Monro Auto and Service Tire Center has one of the best auto service reps manning their front desk and service telephone line. David is polite courteous and accommodating even of same day requests like mine. He worked me in for a last minute oil change over the weekend and got me out the door and on my way in about 30-minutes. An extra bonus was the ultra clean, smoke free, waiting area.

Always on top of things , great service! I highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Any issues are dealt with and I have Zero complaints! Love this place they're my go to!

Ric was very informative and made sure I understood everything. Service was quick and the customer service is always top tier! I don't plan to go anywhere else in the future.

Everything was good, Dave and Ric paid attention to my concerns. I had been going to Goodyear across the street for years, they closed. The work was done and the price fair. My only concern was I made an appointment for 9:am. I picked it up at 4. I guess I thought the appt. meant it would get started about that time. But I do know they were busy. So over all I was happy. I will use them again.
