I called Fran this morning because my mortgage recently had been absolved in a Credit Union merger. The Mortgagee sent me notice they needed proof of insurance on the home.
Fran called me personally asking how she could help. Within 10 minutes of that phone call; Fran emailed my mortgage lender the information needed and my new Credit Union replied to her.
Fran not only texted me within minutes; the Mortgagee did as well. Frans attention to detail was not only impeccable; it was the personable, professional, and the most positive Ive ever received from any insurance company.
