Nice guys. I have used them multiple times over the years. I wont do it again. I do not have confidence that my $700 bill was honest. My estimate seemed random, but it was during the holiday season and we felt we had to get things resolved. I would not have posted a review, but when I sent an email to the office, it was not answered.

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.
