I"m a small business owner in Az. They keep spamming my phone with phone calls. 4=5 times a week. I guess the only good news i can share is that they leave messages, my mail box gets full, and now I can't get my warranty extended on my car..

Horrible customer service... I had a local "sales person" sign me up . Worst decision ever. Constant problems , taking money out of wrong accounts. Payroll checks not delivered on the right day. When you try to get things fixed they give you a " regional number that routes you to India... No help.. should stick woth quick books and run payroll on your own..

This is what happens when a big company gets SO big that the 'little guy' dose not matter to them. I'm a small business owner fighting to keep my business afloat. I spend more than two and half hours trying to simply talk to someone every time, I would be placed on hold, them disconnected. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DON'T USE THESE GUYS. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE IF THEY LOSE YOUR BUSINESS. WISH THERE WAS A ZERO RATING BECAUSE A ONE STAR REVIEW IS TOO GENEROUS FOR THIS COMPLETELY TONE DEAF AND INDIFFERENT EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. BTW THEY ARE THE LARGEST PROVIDER OF PAYROLL SERVICES IN THE US. YOU WOULD EXPECT MORE FROM THEM.

My boyfriend sent me some money straight to my card from Western Union they won't let me get my money will never use business with them again I suggest y'all go to another place because this place will not allow anyone to get money of Their Own

4weeks waiting for pay card
5th week several phone calls Still no card
Sent me a check today called them again to get a code for the check took 50 min they don't speak English
Went to the banknotable to cash the check horrible nightmare
