If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never ever use this car rental company again. Used One Key Cash for a car rental that paid for the whole thing. Now they are wanting to charge me for it and also a late fee AND gas fee. Rental wasn't due for return until 8 pm. We returned the car around 5:30 p.m and also filled the car back up with gas at a gas station that wasn't even a mile from the airport!!! Everyone do yourselves a favor and book with anyone but Payless. We have never had any issues with renting a vehicle from any other company. Payless sucks and that's all there is to it.

My experience with Payless Car Rental is a nightmare. I purchased roadside assistance and collision insurance at time of purchase. On May 23 I was getting ready to return the 12-passenger van and noted there was a flat tire on the front passenger side. Today is May 26, 2022 and the van is still outside my home blocking mailboxes of my neighbors. I have been told services were enroute that never showed up. Why should a customer in good faith pay for services they do not receive, plus they are trying to charge my credit card because the van is not returned. By the way, no one has contacted me from Payless Car Rental or the roadside assistance since May 24. I have had the runaround with these people going on 3 days. I'm only posting this hopefully to protect anyone else dealing with this company. I feel as though I've been shell shocked. Their customer service is ridiculous. I will never deal with them again under any circumstances!!!

Horrible customer service. Wasn't able to get a refund for a problem on their side. Never rent from this company! You'll save yourself so much time and money.
