I have been using this company for over 8 years and they provide the best service. I have purchased furnace and heat pump and everyone that has come to my home has been very professional and has always been patient with answering my questions. Today I called to schedule my maintenance, I was too early but Tan assisted me anyway. I accidently locked myself out of my thermostat and even though it is probably not part of her job Tan went above and beyond to assist me with getting back into my thermostat. She was patient with me even when I asked the same question over again. Tan looked up the manual and talked me through the process and even text me the code so I will have it if I need it again and of course, gave me a gentle reminder to write the information down which I neglected to do when units and thermostat were installed. This is just one of the reasons I remain a loyal customer and always tell others about Freedom. Thank you, thank you, Tan.
