Kecalf is by far the most responsive realtor Ive ever worked with! My fiancé and I both have very busy schedules, Kecalf made himself available whenever necessary. On several occasions we were interested in a house but could make an appointment time work. Kecalf viewed the house, took videos of the property and even FaceTimed us when we could be in-person. Kecalf has a great personality, which made a difficult home search fun and easy! His knowledge about the market was extremely valuable in helping us decide where & when to purchase. When we could not find exactly what we were looking for, he didnt get impatient with us or discouraged (we were both), he continued to send us house for us to review. He provided a market & comp analysis for the houses we were interested, which guided our expectations. Initially our offer wasnt accepted on the home we chose. Kecalf was consistent in following up with sellers realtor and when the sellers original deal fell through, they immediately reached out to us. In a month we were in our new home!
