        When I am asked how I want my haircut and I clearly explain that I am trying to grow out the top so do not touch it, that does not give one of your hair stylist permission to chop away after I said not to. Not only did she take off half of what is on top after I said not to, but the actual haircut that takes 10-15 minutes everywhere else, took her close to an hour. Unbelievable.
