I had a great experience years ago with my divorce. But tried using them again in December for a modification to the papers and its been like pulling teeth getting this thing finalized. For a 4k retainer , it would be nice to know beforehand if there is too much going on to take a case.

I had a simple child support case and my lawyer said my payment would be around $311 a month at the day of the hearing. Jacqueline told me to sign my name in the blank area for the monthly amount, which I thought was weird and behold, my child mother lawyer wrote in a different amount that was $100 more than I was told it would be by my lawyer. I couldn't do anything about it since I had already sign it and i trusted my lawyer. She said she would call me and explain after court but she never call me. My case cost me two grand. I hired this law firm 2 Weeks before my child support hearing and putting $2000 in my retainer. It cost me every penny of it which I thought wasn't fair. Two phone calls, a few emails and a hearing cost $2000. Do not hire them it's a money pit. Go elsewhere not professional at all besides Amy
