Not going to this U-Haul in Montgomery again. They failed to reserve the truck my wife and I ordered because the employee said he misheard the order over the phone. Due to this, we had to pay extra for a bigger truck we didn't want because they were all out of the ones we wanted. Service was painfully slow and there was only one customer ahead of us! The employee was kind though. Perhaps they provide better service other days, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be a returning customer.
