Bagel Factory

The bagels were excellent, I had the spinach parmesan. Soft but just crunchy enough on the outside. The lox schmear was delicious, just enough salmon flavor. My only complaint is that they were under staffed. It was after the typical rush and they were short on most of the popular bagels and the one employee working the front was over tasked. His service was excellent, but he couldn't get to everyone quickly enough.

So underrated! This place has great bagels and does breakfast too. Everything is made practically from scratch, and the owner even makes his own hot sauce (which can be purchased as well as all the different cream cheeses they make). If you're impatient and getting a bagel to go, call ahead in case you get stuck behind a couple people. I personally don't mind waiting if I have to because the employees are nice to talk to.

The bagels are not bad!! This is coming from someone who grew up in NY and has a pretty high standard for bagels!! Friendly service. The My daughter had the supreme scramble and I got to try a bite-it was excellent. Delicious-everything was made very well. Espresso drinks were done very well and at the perfect temperature. Worth a stop for lunch, breakfast!! Delicious!!
