I've used this company for more than three years. They provide an excellent service. The few times I was dissatisfied, I called the office and Debbie immediately made corrections in the work order per my request. Well done Nordic Lawns

The job they did was average the most. They did not send me a bill for almost 2 months after the service was provided. Today I received an invoice including 25 dollars late fee. I believe their late billing was done on purpose. They are a very unethical business and I will never use them again.

I am so disappointed with this company. They were very unprofessional, completely unreliable and did not complete the majority of the services we were billed and paid for. We tried for several months to try to trouble shoot issues with them but communication from the office staff to the technicians was completely ineffective. Nordic Lawns only completed both our front and back lawn on 2 occasions although we were billed for over $750 dollars of services. After they didn’t complete the Spring Clean Up service, I ended up hand fertilizing my own lawns (the front yard was never thatched) and I was told “I don’t have time to do that. It’s not worth my time” when I asked the technician if he could please complete the yard work. I was billed for the Spring Clean up service twice. Additionally, we asked that they contact us before entering our yard to ensure that our dog was secured in the house but found that they entered the yard on multiple occasions without honoring our request, creating a safety hazard for both our rescue dog and the technicians who either weren’t communicated with by the front office or just didn’t call. This was perhaps the most frustrating experience I have ever had with ANY business. I only decided to leave this review after we cancelled their services due to incomplete work, ongoing communication issues, entry into our yard without notification and literally never having them complete the services we contracted them for. After I attempted to document the issues in an email; notifying them of the reasons we were forced to cancel Nordic Lawn Services, we received a bill for 2 more weeks of service. Please save yourself the time and money; there are really good lawn services out there: Nordic Lawns is currently not one of them. Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Garden tidy-up
