Alaska Sewer and Drain

These guys were great! I highly recommend them and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I had a main sewer line back up in one of my rental properties. My technician, Scott, was amazing. Rather than “shoot first ask questions later” he was able to utilize their long range plumbing camera to find out exactly what the issue was. Long story short, there were a ton of rocks and clay lodged in the underground pipe leading from the house to the septic tank. he was able to break apart the cluster of rocks that were causing the stoppage. Once he determined that the pipe had been dislodged, he led me in right direction towards the DIY repairs that were needed. After a day of incredibly disgusting work, I was able to fix the issue (or so I hope). I’ve decided that in the future I will not be doing any DIY work as it pertains to septic tanks… But I will use Alaska Sewer & Drain in the future. 5/5 stars ✨ Edit 1: Corrected spelling error

Service Technician Collin was amazing! We had a major blockage in our clean out line. A test plug was blocking the line, Collin miraculously was able to use a snake with tool attachment to unscrew a small screw on the test plug ring to collapse the plastic and retrieve it out. Would highly recommend 5/5!

I called to have preventative maintenance done on sewer line They setup appointment for the next week and they arrived on time very professional in all aspects and did the complete inspection in less than an hour I will use them again when needed Top Notch Service and I’m very satisfied
